Terms and Conditions – JeetBazz Gaming Platform Rules

1General Terms

JeetBazz is an online gaming and entertainment platform providing access to casino games, Live Casino, Fish Games, crash and fast games, and sports betting including cricket, football and esports. The platform operates with all transactions denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and is specifically designed for the Pakistan market.

These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you (the player) and JeetBazz. In any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion terms will apply to that promotion only; these general terms apply to everything else.

JeetBazz reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice. We will make reasonable efforts to inform players of significant changes through platform notifications or account email communications.

• These terms apply to all registered players and all gameplay activity on JeetBazz.
• Use of the platform on behalf of a third party is not permitted under any circumstances.
• JeetBazz operates exclusively for entertainment purposes and is not a financial investment platform.
• Players bear full responsibility for understanding and complying with all terms before using the platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on JeetBazz, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be registering using your own genuine personal details — names, contact information and date of birth must be accurate.
• You must not already hold an existing JeetBazz account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person when registering or placing bets.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or family member of a JeetBazz employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest.

JeetBazz may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership. Accounts where verification cannot be completed satisfactorily may be suspended pending review. Winnings accumulated during an unverified period may be withheld until verification is confirmed.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete, and you agree to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false registration information — including misrepresenting your age — will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3Account Management

Your JeetBazz account is personal to you and must not be shared with, accessed by, or used on behalf of any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs within your account, including any bets placed, deposits made and bonuses redeemed.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact JeetBazz support immediately.
• JeetBazz will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Account transfers, sales or any commercial dealings in accounts are strictly prohibited.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity policy; check your account settings for current inactivity terms.

You may request account closure at any time by contacting JeetBazz support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited. Accounts flagged for investigation cannot be closed until the review is concluded.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JeetBazz are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer (IBFT), debit and credit cards, and mobile wallets. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• All deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts in your own name.
• JeetBazz does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing is approved.
• JeetBazz reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions.
• Any suspected fraudulent transaction will result in account suspension pending investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

JeetBazz offers a range of bonuses including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, Fish Game cashback and cricket-season promotions. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms; the following general rules apply to all bonus offers unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated per offer) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is met.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slot contributions, Live Casino contributions and Fish Game contributions may differ. Check individual promotion pages for game contribution rates.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Any bonus balance remaining at the expiry of the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per device unless explicitly stated as a recurring offer.
• Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• JeetBazz reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with bonuses already credited will be given reasonable notice of material changes.

If JeetBazz determines that a player has exploited bonus terms — for example through low-risk hedging strategies, bet cancellations designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk, or coordinated multi-account play — the affected bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on JeetBazz — whether on casino games, Live Casino tables, Fish Games, crash games or sports markets including cricket PSL, T20, football and esports — are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or reversed after placement except where explicitly permitted by a specific game's rules (such as certain crash game cash-out mechanics).
• In the event of a technical error or platform malfunction that affects a game outcome, JeetBazz reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes to player accounts.
• JeetBazz is not liable for bets placed during a known platform issue that was communicated to players before the bet was placed.
• Sports betting markets — including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals and football — are subject to settlement rules specific to each market type. Incomplete matches, abandoned fixtures and weather-affected games will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport's standard settlement rules.
• JeetBazz reserves the right to limit bet amounts, restrict specific markets, or limit maximum winnings per player at its discretion.
• RNG games in the JeetBazz Game Lobby use certified random number generators. Results are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by any external action.

For Live Casino games, results are determined by the physical outcome of the live game environment managed by the provider. JeetBazz's responsibilities are limited to accurately reflecting and paying out the results as reported by the live game feed. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be raised with JeetBazz support within 24 hours of the affected session.

7Prohibited Conduct

• Registering multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any system designed to place bets without genuine human decision-making.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games, poker-format games or any multiplayer game on the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, platform errors or pricing errors in sports markets for financial gain. Players who discover an error are required to report it and must not place bets based on it.
• Providing false personal information during registration or verification, including misrepresenting age.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods for deposits.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform or using JeetBazz for any purpose connected to financial fraud.
• Threatening, abusing or harassing JeetBazz support staff or other players in any communication channel.

8Responsible Gaming

JeetBazz is committed to supporting responsible gaming as a genuine operational priority. Gaming on our platform is intended purely as entertainment for adults. It is not a reliable or sustainable way to make money, and no player should treat it as a primary or supplementary income source.

• Set a PKR budget before every session that you are comfortable losing as entertainment spending.
• Never chase losses by increasing bet sizes or continuing play beyond your session budget.
• Take regular breaks and use session time reminders to stay aware of how long you have been playing.
• Do not play when you are stressed, upset or under the influence of alcohol or medication.

10Limitation of Liability

JeetBazz provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and will not be liable for losses caused by temporary platform unavailability, payment processing delays outside our direct control, or third-party service interruptions affecting game providers or payment processors.

• JeetBazz's total liability to any individual player for any single incident shall not exceed the net deposit value in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• JeetBazz is not liable for indirect, consequential or speculative losses of any kind arising from use of the platform.
• Players access and use the platform at their own risk. It is each player's responsibility to ensure that online gaming is suitable for their personal financial circumstances.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11Amendments to These Terms

JeetBazz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players through platform notifications or account email. The updated terms will take effect from the date stated in the revision notice.

Continued use of the JeetBazz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure before the changes take effect. For disputes relating to specific bet settlements, please raise the issue within 24 hours of the affected game or sporting event. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewable. JeetBazz's decision on all disputes, once a full internal review has been completed, shall be considered final.
